I have had the absolute best experience at bright horizons Marlborough. The teachers are exceptional, and they’ve been consistent across the 6+ years my kids have attended the center. I wish I was able to give it a zero rating. I was an ex-parent who brought my child to the center and I had the worse experience. The staff looked unhappy, they always ignored me and my child. My child would come home saying bad words and say how their teachers were always on their phone. The directors, Mel, Kristina, and Amie were very unhelpful in many situations and would have their husbands come in during work…
