Once your child is settled and attached, the high staff turnover becomes very noticeable. We were initially told late drop-offs were acceptable and that my child not napping would not be an issue. It’s a smaller daycare compared to our old one in California (which has been a good change!). Our son has made friends, staff communicate with us daily about his day, and he loves going to play. I enjoy that the classroom has toys geared towards the kid’s interests in the room and the routines they are teaching our son.
