I was a bit of a wreck but they made both me and my child feel safe and supported. They have shown great engagement with and genuine care for the kids. I feel fortunate to leave my child in their hands.

The reason we were given was that they did not have time for a tour and did not know we were coming. We were given no informational packets and no effort was put into accommodating our trip.
