The people I've had pleasure of meeting have all gone above and beyond, offering support and many resources that have been very helpful. The team outright lied and said we aren't entitled to speech therapy services, even though apparently we did. We discovered that only a year after the fact. Stay away from Encompass - they will try their best to not give your child appropriate services.
