The staff at this facility do not handle serious situations appropriately. My husband got into an unwanted altercation with an employee over the basketball court. Was hired specifically by upset parents to come in to correct mistakes made by YMCA. Was treated like a threat from the moment I entered the pool area. Family I was representing was harassed. Their children were harassed. No matter how much clearance I gained, what rules I followed, or what permission we got, we would be harassed…
