I took my daughter here for approximately 10 months and pulled her out due to lack of communication, supervision, and documentation. I hope they can appropriately staff their facility before allowing more children. My daughter was bit (several times), deep scratches (later became infected same day) , and lost a FINGERNAIL in the 10 months she was here. That is unacceptable.

The application process is simple, the staff smile and warmly welcome you. I've had some pretty terrible experiences with daycares and they made it to where I feel comfortable and knowing that my child is safe and taking care of without any conflict.

They could not keep a teacher/ staff member, their turn over rate is high. Staff is clearly underpaid, under qualified. They will not notify you if your child gets hurt they claim to wait till after you are off. the few times I picked her up, it was smelly, disorganized. Very very upset with how this facility is…

There was constant staff turnover, and one of my children would frequently come home with unexplained bite marks, scratches, bruises - and even required stitches due to an incident at the facility. My other child, who has autism, was sent home daily for two months before being permanently removed. They labeled him “dangerous and a threat to other children” because he would…
