For the last year they have not had any structure or ciriculum they cant keep trained staff but will hire people that have zero childcare education .They are allowing these people to work around the kids before the background check comes back. They are both warm and loving teachers, and it’s clear they care for the infants as if they were their own. We also really like Melanie, the director. Very huge turnover in staff as they treat not only families bad but staff as well. The director and executive lie on toddlers, they always cancel school for whatever reason they can.
