In front of both of us, she repeatedly berated and accused our daughter of lying about having to use the restroom. My daughter thrives here and I would and i do recommend this place 10/10 everytime. We have a family here at Bright Start and I'm so thankful for everyone there. Wonderful staff, wonderful place.
