My child was fully potty trained when he started there and because they wouldn’t take them to the bathroom when they needed to go he started wetting themself everyday. Initial tour was scheduled for an afternoon and when we arrived the director was not present and staff had to find someone to give the tour. Center communicated that all children needed a flu shot in order to return after a holiday closure.
