I love the group exercise classes (especially cycle, yoga, and Les Mills BodyPump) as well as the childwatch/parents' night out babysitting programs. Cody answered all my question with professionalism, respect and a logical answer instead of having NO knowledge of thier job to be able to answer my questions. Thanks Cody I appreciate your help!

A staff member told me the sauna closure was due to a member jumping in the pool so instead of banning him, they close the sauna. Today, the gym was closed for a party, which wasn’t posted when I went there 2 days ago. Staff directed me to the Y in the borough which was also closed.…
