The staff stand out in contrast to other child care services because it's a community effort and engine that runs on love. Everyone clearly works very hard to make it a desirable place to raise a child.

TLC is a great family oriented workplace and really care about each and every teacher and family/child who attends. Both of my nephew's attended TLC previously as well and loved their time and teachers here.

The staff is like family to me (and I am a hard person to please when it comes to other people taking care of my kids!). We value each other and the ideas brought to the table.
