Thee worst agency ever. I moved to Montco for a fresh start after dealing with dv. Nothing but pure hell this is my first time ever getting childcare and I can never get the help I need. Weather is welfare ELRC or the courts just terrible. Mind you my abuser is free lvimg life while I jump through hoops. My son will be in keeping kindergarten in 2 months so I guess it ss they're waiting it out. They all work together…

I’ve called in twice because she did not have enough patience to see why I was calling she just asked me if I had a caseworker which I do but that’s is not the reason I’m calling. She was not polite at all. Do better!

White people in power will not help urban people willingly because they want to see the urban people fall which is a shame. Help is help and we all should be treated equally.
