What parents say
While I can not comment on the swimming pool, I can say that there's a big difference between the pool maintenance and what the staff does with the Gymnasium. The cleaning of the gym floor is NONEXISTENT, water/food just basic dirt, sticky floors. They reley on contract cleaners to to do their jobs, which they do not! When I complained too much they kicked me out of that ymca.

I dropped off all of my child's health records and my financial information to a front desk clerk and haven't heard from anyone. Horrible customer service!! Now I'm left with no child care during the summer. Thanks for nothing and please DO NOT CHARGE ME!!!!!
