Just pulled my 4 year old out today. I did not like the way Jocelyn spoke to me or my daughter. They ask you to download an app, to keep connected. But they don't post anything in the app. And when I would ask about my daughter's day and what happened, it's like pulling teeth. They don't give you any kind of report, or information. They don't give you a news letter to keep you updated on things they will be doing.…

If it wasn't for the 3 people that personally took care of my son while he was there (you know who you are) this review would be 1 star. The issue purely is the owner Jocelyn.
