Very disappointing that a widely accepted insurance company is apparently no good here, and our 3-year old suffers because of it.

We never received a phone call/or even an email that the office was closing and all appts are cancelled indefinitely. During this time they are apparently offering teletherapy, which once again I was never contacted. If you are a busy parent you may end up playing phone tag for weeks! Extremely inefficient and slow. They need to have more than one point of contact to schedule initial/intake appointments.
