I've had issues with a previous director for years, once the new director, Christine, came along, everything has been amazing. My children has been at Kindercare for many years and I finally feel appreciated at this center. My children's needs are being met, my concerns are being taken seriously and I couldn't be happier. Waited outside for 10 mins, attempted to call the center- no answer, rang 2 different door bells multiple times - no answer. Finally a guy walked buy inside so I knocked and he rudely threw up his hand at me gesturing “1 minute” and never came back. Eventually a lady came, let me in and I told her I was there for a tour.
