Tender Years has been a complete 180 from that place. We were nervous to try another daycare but he transitioned very well and was given lots of love and support during the process. He started with Miss Raechelle and Miss Justine and they did such a fantastic job transitioning him to the daycare setting.…

One downside we had in the infant room was staff turnover and lack of consistency. However, toward the end of her time in there it was starting to be more consistent and Miss Becky was fantastic.
