For starters, Ms. Cynthia (owner)and the staff treat you more as family than just a client. They care for the children as family and try have their best interest at heart. I would recommend anyone in search of public childcare to put Palmer Childcare Academy at the top of their list!

My fellow children hit and fought me for my ESSA, teachers un potty trained me and left me on the blacktop, dirty place, 2 main bullies were Ryder and Devon. The teachers didn’t do anything and were also very abusive. Got hoof in mouth disease from the disgusting bathrooms. Didn’t smile or talk for weeks.
