The amount of times that I have called this office and left voicemails with no call backs is insane. I literally call everyday and leave a voicemail for the caseworker, it’s been two weeks of me doing this smh and this is who decides when kids need to leave their families for safety concerns? You can’t be serious. Currently on the phone with my lawyer because this is beyond unacceptable.

They do it for safety no for their happiness or for punishment. Today in society kids are neglected abused and hurt and CYS does their best to fix those issues they aren’t here to destroy us. She would call CYS when I told her to play outside, when I grounded her, took her electronics away, fabrications, etc. CYS would ALWAYS show up at our house and basically harass me. My daughter enjoyed this and I felt like a hostage. They would not help to get her the help she needed but would show up with her every call and grill me. They enabled/empowered…

They do not have a clear understanding of severe mental illness in the biological parents and how to deal with it. I was promised, guaranteed that my daughter would be "mandated" to get mental health services in order for her to be a better parent. Never happened. This staff at this agency, specifically.
