While there are some good people that work here, the majority of them are 18-23 years old and have no prior experience. The director is also very young and not experienced. The owner is never around and does not know what’s going on and neither does the director who’s always in the back doing paperwork as she’s told me directly. My son has been going there for over a year when suddenly they started having problems…
