. It was a lovely center until I realized that you can’t report the wrongdoings of the staff to the director or she’ll cover it up and act like she’s informed the parents. Like the time a staff member placed a child in the dark bathroom alone because they made noise during nap time, staff pinching babies..and it’s only to the kids who can’t really talk yet to tell

From the moment I met Susan, the director, I knew it was a place I would feel comfortable leaving my child. Our baby started at 5 months and we have loved our experience so far. The faculty is friendly and welcoming. The center is clean and organized and the communication home is excellent. What I love most about the center is that so many adults know my child’s name. Initially we had a great experience with this play and learn but when we had to push our baby’s start date back we got passive aggressive responses. Then terminated us all together letting us know they were doing away with the waitlist and to follow back up when we needed care. When I followed back up (a month or so later) all the sudden there was a waitlist again but was not offered to be put on just to follow up.…
