As a parent, I expected at least basic communication and professionalism - but I got the exact opposite. Not only was communication consistently poor, but i was even BLOCKED before I was even able to get my child’s belongings. No explanation, no conversation - just completely shut me out. I’m still in shock and honestly heartbroken…
