Same experience as the last comment the male directors is great but female directors didn't seem to like her job at all. She always looks sad & miserable & i felt very uncomfortable dropping my baby off to her so i ended up taking my baby out permanently. My mom had a good experience with my baby sibling going their so trusted her opinion, never again.

All I know is she wasn't very friendly. The owner however was nice and he even engaged with my little one as we stood there waiting for them to be through with their convo.
