Recently had a horrible experience with Love's. Infants not sleeping in cribs, but sleeping on the floor, on Boppy pillows, in bouncers, swings, etc. All non approved for infant sleep. I contacted them regarding this issue and everyone I spoke to continued to deny everything I questioned and refused to take any accountability. We have been there since my daughter was 2 and I have always been impressed by the modern, clean, spacious facility. It is a dedicated building with its own classrooms and indoor play areas and offices...not just a couple of converted spaces in a strip mall. It feels and acts like a real learning environment.
