Very disappointed!!!!! My 24 month old daughter was potty trained before she got to this daycare... I always counted pull-ups I sent to make sure she was being toileted which they reassured me they took the toddlers every 40 mins. I sent 5 pull-ups one day and she came home with 1!!!!!
