Unfortunately, she comes across as very rude and unprofessional in her interactions. Concerns are not taken seriously, and there seems to be a lack of accountability when it comes to addressing issues. The teachers that have worked with him have been extremely kind, caring, and patient. He has learned and grown so much and we largely thank the team at Enchanted Care for that. This building needs to close its doors severely understaff. I will keep reposting and reposting everytime it gets deleted. They do not deserve credit where credit has not been earned.
