Fantastic facilities and customer service is better than most facilities you would go to. This place has a TON of people come through every single day and they do a phenomenal job managing it. Anyone looking for a new Fitness Center to join, I'd recommend East Butler Family Y.

Unfortunately, my experience with some staff members has been disappointing. While the building and programs are important, respectful and professional customer service is equally important. Equally impressive fitness area with a vast amount of machines as well as free weights. Nice area for stretching and several options with exercise bands. Includes a sauna, spa and nice bouldering area. Two basketball courts and a nice pool with user friendly hours. Locker rooms are a bit small, but clean.
