They also send pictures all day long so you know what your child is doing. My daughter had Miss Melissa and Miss Alex so far and they both have been great. The place seemed dirty ( Bathrooms mainly) and unfortunately I witnessed children being neglected. One child was outside freezing and crying in the morning and the person in care of this child suggested she tell her father to remember her jacket rather take her indoors to be warm.
