The people that work here are very nice and helpful and the facility is very clean and well kept. Kudos to the Dover Y for having a wonderful staff that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend visiting this facility when in Dover.

The yoga classes are some of the best I've been to. The after school and summer programs, and staff, are amazing. They're always coming up with new things to keep the kids engaged and active.
