I get updates on my kids frequently through the day and they always incorporate crafts and outside time. She has been attending toddler town for over a year now, and as a first-time mom I was made extremely comfortable from day one including the tour. They answered all the questions I had and we toured the facility. All the staff is great. My son loves going. My favorite thing is to see how much he has grown from being there in the last 6 months. She did not introduce herself or make any effort to communicate, which immediately felt off. From the very first glance, the building looks abandoned and neglected - nothing about it feels like a safe or welcoming daycare. The facility itself is in shocking condition.
