My 4-year-old was labeled as “not listening,” “running around,” and “interrupting,” which I believe are age-appropriate behaviors that should be guided, not used as a reason for removal. There was a clear lack of communication and consistency. While daily reports described concerns, teachers would often tell me face-to-face that my son was doing amazing. I also requested…
