Witnessed abuse at this daycare in the infant 2 room. When I told the director about it, she ignored my concerns, told me to call the state and that she trusted her staff. A 9 month old baby boy who was new to the daycare was being held down by his back and his head in his his crib with a blanket over his entire body and head screaming for help.
