The building itself is dirty and unsecured, and when I arrived there were two people loitering and smoking in the parking lot. Now granted I was 15 minutes later than the time I agreed to arrive, but the director had marked down a time 30 minutes earlier than I agreed upon and told me I would have to wait to tour.
