Staff has no idea how to care for children or how to calm a crying child. Sounds odd. I think they need more training. Children under the age of 5-6 are learning how to deal with emotions and cry over small things. A caring, empathetic adult who works with children should have the skills to calm the child without…

To the business: please investigate your worker and take action immediately. Someone who enables and covers up child abuse has no business working and caring for children.
