My boyfriend and I had a 10:30 tour scheduled. We waited outside , in the cold , for 10 minutes with our 2 week old daughter only for Malleline not to answer her door at all . I rang the doorbell MULTIPLE times, we even tried yelling and banging on the door and I tried texting her as well and got nothing.. If you're going to make an appointment, do your potential clients afavor and keep it! Very annoyed!
