We've been using Prime Child Care for about two years and we absolutely love all the staff. We joke that our daughter's favorite person is her teacher there but she honestly might be. They're great about sending photos and doing art with the kids. I feel completely safe leaving my children there.

The staff are incredibly nice, and my child always comes home happy sometimes they don’t even want to leave because they enjoy it so much. If you’re in the Syracuse area, I would highly recommend this center.

They were open for the times I needed given the demand of my job. They frequently sent photos throughout the day so that I can see how the little guy is doing. I always picked up my son clean, well fed, and happy from playing with his friends and teachers. He absolutely adored Fadumo and Ireanus.…

The infant teachers do not seem to provide adequate care for the babies, and their behavior has been unprofessional. Today, when I arrived to drop off my child, the teacher opened the door in a hostile manner, which made me feel uncomfortable about their approach.
