A childcare establishment should have calm presence at the top which trickles down through teachers, and then to kids. We cant expect the kids to be calm when the building is rattling with chaos at all times. 2. Go to OCFS to see what violations this facility has. 3. Pulled my granddaughter out teachers definitely lack certifications and proper training !!!! I know finding day care is hard …but this place was an absolute nightmare !
