They followed their version of “first aid,” but in my opinion it was completely inadequate. My son had an open head wound and was not taken to the emergency room. Instead, they called me after assessing the injury. When I asked the director why he wasn’t taken to the ER…

We were so happy with our child's teachers but now we're really worried about what is happening. The new Director also does not seem warm and welcoming so it's hard to speak to her about these concerns. I hope they stop having these excellent teachers leave because they're definitely messing with a good thing!
