While I initially came to Brierwood in Lancaster because of the director Cherice and her compassion and love for the kids, I was won over by most of the teachers there. I was so hesitant about enrolling my boys in daycare but after touring the facility and speaking with the staff, I was put at such ease with this location. Since my son started going there, they have complained about his behavior, even threatened to have him kicked out, but failed to ever write up any incident reports. I went out of my way to have him evaluated as a way to help and they still complain. They have sent him home to me with no diaper/underwear on and on a separate occasion have sent him home…

The staff has all been onboard for many years. This was the cleanest, safest & most professional layout of any daycare that we visited. She actually said: "we are not here to get rich. we truly care and want that to show."
