This location is mediocre at best. The only reason I go is because Jane, the swim instructor, is phenomenal, but other than that, I wouldn’t waste my time. In specific to the pool, communication is poor, you never respond receive a response via email or voicemail, the scheduling for lap swim is a nightmare, and crowded. The other facilities, meh.

Nice amount of space and light from big windows. Portions are relatively big. If you like American Chinese food definitely worth a try.

They Sent out an Email saying they would open at 10 only to never opened at all. if your employees do not like coming to work just say so! mind you, every other gym was open. And the roads were fine. I knew the pool was being replaced (which is now state of the art), but I also was impressed with the brand new parking lot and accessibility, 3 brand new gym floor surfaces, and brand new locker rooms.
