Less packed, good amount of machines, weights, everything you could need. Wonderful cardio room. And don’t sleep on the pool - almost always available for laps - which is a must. They added more group exercise classes - my favorites are Rumble, Strong Nation & Boot camp! , and several strength small group training classes - Yay! Total Boost & Women on Weight - recently and they are great! There are many options all day long. The swimming pool is much cleaner than before. Staffs are super friendly and efficient. I am so glad I live near Ithaca Y :)
