This was once a good program, but it has gone downhill. I initially chose this daycare for its programs, transportation, and friendly staff, many of whom genuinely cared for the kids. Unfortunately, most of the good staff left because they were underpaid and reportedly disliked the desk staff. The daycare is extremely overcrowded and understaffed. They have a habit of deleting negative reviews - any time someone posts the truth about their experience, it disappears. Instead of addressing their flaws, they choose to hide them, which is disappointing and unprofessional.

What struck me when I shadowed my shy son for 2 days was the quality of teachers and the bonding between all the kids and teachers, and the passion and kindness of the director Danielle and Co director Kerry and ability to work kids with very diverse needs. Choosing a facility for your child to go to all day can be nerve racking, unsure if they are truly loved and respected. My child enjoys going to school everyday and seeing his teachers and friends!
