We live in Duanesburg so Lil Gems is in a great location for us! My kids began attending in 2021 and have had the best experience here! The owner and director are amazing and are there everyday, as well as the PT and FT teachers. My kids have loved everybody there; the teachers treat the kids like family. They lack common manners to their employees and text them rude emojis out of anger when trying to “discipline” them instead of a formal email or phone call. Very unprofessional. You can also hear them screaming at the children from the parking lot. So sad.

We never had any worry. Miss Dana, Miss Jess & Miss Becky are considered family and all helped mold our daughter to be kind and courteous. This is a daycare we highly recommend!
