A staff member told my 10 year old that no one loves him and he is "bad" because no one loves him. He has ADHD. This staff member is an adult female. Unacceptable behavior! Do not recommend.

My 4 year has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old and was at 1 daycare before I put him in Bascol for the summer to get him accustomed to the school he was starting in September. Everyone one in the afternoon is unfriendly. I have tried to explain to them his sensory issues along with routine. After 4 weeks I pulled him out of Bascol and sent him back to…

The staff that greet us at the door in the morning and after work are friendly, welcoming, personable and take great pride in their job. My kids come home with lots of fun activities and stories, but most importantly, I know they feel safe. We will be using Bascol for many more summers to come!
