They create problems for people and offer solutions to those problems to make themselves seem relevant on paper because they are in constant danger of losing their funding. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The point of the childcare assistance program is to assist WORKING parents in childcare and financial need, yet I had to fight like hell with them because all 3 of our jobs are inconsistent scheduling wise and I we couldn't physically on a schedule show the need for childcare yet I've provided more than enough proof of times/locations of when and where we are after each job showing…
