They took such good care of my daughter and she just adored them back! The ladies would send me pictures of her whenever I requested (paranoid mom with separation issues here lol) and they even sent me a clip of her first steps!! They kept me informed about diaper…

None of the staff is properly trained and they all need sensitivity training to recognize when a kiddo is having a problem so thet can be better equipped to help them instead of just assuming things.
