Through leadership changes I feel they have been transparent and supportive. No childcare facility is going to be perfect, and we extend grace to the teachers and leadership with all the parents and children they interact with on a daily basis. Also, I am getting no incentive for this review. We just love it here!

He was constantly getting hit and bit at school and then developed behavior issues at home. My concerns were not heard, my request for him to transfer rooms was denied.
