I was MORE than comfortable dropping off my son! If they had school age, my daughter would have definitely loved to be apart of next steps!! If you have a staff a the front desk, they shouldn’t greet one family better than the other. If me as a parent, I am not treated the same as the other, how can I trust it will be different with my kiddo? I think the director should really have a talk with her staff.

Our eldest children attended the Next Steps center in Chanhassen & had the best experience while there.
