Ladybug has lots of great staff! The kids have so many people there that care about them and they feel comfortable with them after so many years! We are so impressed with their ability to keep good employees long term. It creates a much more stable, welcoming environment for the kids. The management has always done a great job. We are hopeful the new owners will take care good care of the staff so they stay!

The teachers & staff are so kind and genuinely care about the kids - it really feels like a family.
