My son has had 4 diaper rashes in the last 2 weeks because they don't change him for 4 to 5 hours in the afternoon. Everything is logged on the Procare app and she still denies it's happening. She also told me that I can't stop payments and have to keep paying like I have no choice, then denied saying…

The owners and all of their staff are always friendly and know every child and parent by name. The teachers keep us informed of any successes and challenges with our kids and offer solutions for any behavioral issues. Overall, I could not have hoped for a better center to bring our children.
